About Our Community
Sugarhill is an established residential community located in Jensen Beach, Florida known for its high elevations and quiet cul-de-sacs. Founded in the late 1970s, the neighborhood includes over 90 custom-built single-family homes on large, scenic lots that blend in with the natural environment. The neighborhood is adjacent to and shares waterways with the Savannas Preserve State Park, a more than 6,000-acre freshwater marsh nature preserve.
